I am a husband, father, grandfather, and pastor. Born the youngest son of Champ & Dianne Agan, my dad pastored most of my life. The Lord called me to preach when I was fourteen years old, and ever since then, I have counted it a privilege to stand and preach God’s Word.
I married the love of my life, Beth, in the winter of 1989. Not only has she been a great wife to me, a great mother to our two sons, and a wonderful grandmother, but she has also been my right arm in the ministry. I have written many books to help the church body, on topics from prayer and stress to family issues and suicide.

Josh Smith

Born and raised in North Carolina, I have lived here my entire life. After trusting Jesus Christ at an early age, I surrendered to preach at nine years old and have been involved in some form of ministry ever since. In 2014, I began serving as the youth pastor at Community Baptist Church.
I have been blessed to be married to my wife, Amy, since 2001. We have three children, all of whom blessed us through adoption. I pray that any part of my ministry whether preaching, books, or music will lift up the name of Christ first, and then encourage the hearts and lives of others.
