Mark Agan, Senior Pastor

Pastor Mark Agan has been the pastor of Community Baptist Church since July of 2008. 

Before pastoring, Pastor Agan was on staff as Assistant Pastor and Music Director with Dr. David McCoy at Peoples Baptist Church in McDonough, Georgia.  From there he pastored his first church in Smyrna, Georgia and then later moved to Switzerland, Florida to plant a church.

Pastor Agan has a vision to lead Community Baptist Church to reach Siler City and the surrounding areas with the gospel of Jesus Christ by winning the lost and discipling the saved.

Tyler Chandler, Youth & Assistant Pastor

Bro. Tyler Chandler became the Youth & Assistant Pastor at Community Baptist Church in October of 2011.

He is the son of Bro. Rick & Mrs. Kay Chandler, who pastors in Graham, NC. He attended West Coast Baptist College in Lancaster, California, where he helped in various church ministry roles while in Bible college.

Bro. Chandler has a heart for young people and a desire to train them to have a heart for God. We are thankful God led him to be part of the staff here at Community Baptist Church.
